Shipping & Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items. Just contact us at help@jalviandco.in with your order number within five (5) days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back to us within: 14 days of delivery (must arrive in our studio within 14 days of its delivery).

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Conditions of Return All items must be returned in brand new condition; unused and worn.
